Thank you for supporting Dex! We're excited to help your child learn, explore, and grow. If Dex isn't the right fit for your family, we're here to help.

90-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 90 days of receiving your Dex device.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The Dex device must be in good working condition.
  • All original accessories, packaging, and materials must be included.
  • Returns must be initiated by the original purchaser via our official support channels.

How to Start a Return

Start return on Shopify by filling out the form or mail support@dex.camera

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Any relevant photos or videos if the item is defective

Our team will review and provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee (up to $25) if the product is returned damaged or incomplete.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Devices that have been damaged due to misuse, drops, or water exposure
  • Units returned without prior authorization
  • Items purchased through third-party resellers (please contact them directly)

Defective or Damaged Products

If your Dex arrived damaged or isn't working properly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work quickly to offer a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
